GMI Technology Inc. (Public, TPE: 3312) today announced that their board of directors have approved a stock share dividend. The dividend was previously approved by the shareholders. Total dividend payment will be 39 million NTD and will be distributed August 24, 2011. Dividend to be issued to all shareholders on record as of July 24, 2011.
