fg-text-dark\"><\/p>\n<p>\u5bcc\u9f0e\u5148\u8fdb\u7535\u5b50\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u6210\u7acb\u4e8e1998\u5e74\uff0c\u4e3a\u53f0\u6e7e\u7b2c\u4e00\u5bb6\u6210\u529f\u6574\u54086\u540bDMOS\u5236\u7a0b\u7684IC\u8bbe\u8ba1\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5bcc\u9f0e\u5148\u8fdb\u7535\u5b50\u63d0\u4f9b\u6574\u4f53\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u65b0\u7684\u7535\u529b\u9700\u6c42\u7684MOSFET\u3001IGBT\u548cPOWER ICs\u5e76\u53d6\u5f97ISO9001\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u5df2\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\uff0c\u6d88\u8d39\u7535\u5b50\uff0c\u663e\u793a\u5668\uff0c\u901a\u8baf\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u3002<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>\u7531\u4e8e\u8f83\u5927\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u89c4\u6a21\u548c\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u9500\u552e\u6210\u957f\uff0c\u662f\u4ee5\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u5177\u5907\u88ab\u9009\u5b9a\u4e3a\u7b56\u7565\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u3002\u5bcc\u9f0e\u5148\u8fdb\u7535\u5b50\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u89c4\u6a21\u4e0b\uff0c\u6301\u7eed\u627f\u8bfa\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u7684\u54c1\u8d28\u4fdd\u8bc1\uff0c\u8fd9\u9020\u5c31\u4e86\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u53f0\u6e7eMOSFET\u5143\u4ef6\u4f9b\u7ed9\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u9886\u5148\u5730\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1998\u5e74
