The company's director election adopts the \"candidate nomination system\". The company's director candidates are nominated by the board of directors, and after passing the qualification review, they are sent to the shareholders' meeting for election. The company has stipulated in Article 20 of the \"Corporate Governance Code of Practice\" that the composition of the board of directors should consider diversity, and formulate appropriate diversification policies based on its own operations, business model and development needs, which should include but not limited to the following two big-faced standard<\/p>\n

The company has re-elected the general meeting of shareholders on June 23, 2022, and the board of directors will elect one more director and one independent director on June 19, 2023. The current board of directors consists of nine directors, including four independent directors and one female director and three directors with employee status, accounting for 44%, 11% and 33% of all directors.<\/p>\n
